Mmm, more yummy ketchup… definitely won’t find me complaining about that. One thing most DO complain about, though, is all that ketchup stuck at the bottom of the bottle. Luckily, there might be a solution in sight.MIT PhD candidate Dave Smith teamed up with a group of other scientists to find a way to fix the age-old ketchup problem. What they came up with is a product called “LiquiGlide”. It’s an almost mind-bending substance that they describe as “a structured liquid – it’s rigid like a solid, but it’s lubricated like a liquid”.
